Sample Data

We can provide sample data in any format you need – Excel, Maximizer, Act! for Windows, Winfax, Telemagic, Access, Goldmine, WordPerfect, Lotus 123, MS Word, Filemaker, Microsoft Outlook, Paradox, and more!

For simplicity’s sake, our online sample data is in comma-delimited ASCII format – all major database, contact manager, spreadsheet and even word processing programs can open this type of file. We have also provided a version that can be used in Microsoft Excel.

1. When you click on the download button below, the sample data file (called "Ascii.exe") will be downloaded to your computer. We suggest you save it to your desktop.
   
   
2. Once the download is complete, Double click on the file and it will self extract the sample data file to the same location as the downloaded file. Launch the application you want to use, and then open or import the extracted sample data file accordingly.
   
   
3. If you have downloaded the Excel version, you can double click on the extracted file (sample.xls) and if you have Microsoft Excel installed, the application will automatically launch with your sample data. Enjoy!
   
   
4. If you have downloaded the ASCII version, you can double click on the extracted file (sample.txt) and it will launch your default text editor. From there you can view the sample data. All of the programs mentioned in the introductory paragraph can import this ASCII file, please refer to your user manual for the package you are using if you have problems importing the data. Enjoy!
